The Golden Farmers Market promotes a vibrant local food culture by providing a community platform for the sale of locally produced agricultural & artisanal products. The market has been an ever-evolving fixture of the community since 2007 and Local Food Matters is delighted to take on the operations of the market in 2024!
Our goal is to create a vibrant, bustling community hub in which vendor small businesses thrive and community members come together around food & art.
Currently accepting applications for the May Long market and the Summer Season
Summer Markets take place in Spirit Square from 10am-3pm on Wednesdays
Winter markets take place at the Civic Centre once a month from January to April
